Interior Signage
Now that the dust
has settled, I wanted to take the time to write
this letter and express my gratitude to Adler
Display for doing a fantastic job on the
interior signage at our client's new location.
As we began discussing this project with
prospective outside vendors, we found that our
ideas were being met with resistance and our
creativity stifled. These vendors were not
particularly responsive to our needs and at
times were difficult when we questioned whether
they were doing enough for us as their client.
We knew what we wanted to do with the signage,
but it was as if no one could help us make it
happen. That all changed with one phone
call to Adler Display.
After my first discussion about this project
with Jeff, my sales representative, it was clear
that Adler Display was the place for this
project. Our ideas were greeted with open
ears and open minds. Jeff and his team were
particularly helpful, making suggestions on
materials, providing samples, staying in
constant contact to make sure our schedule was
not slipping, making time for sit visits, and
pretty much doing anything and everything to
make the job run as smooth as possible.
The proofing process was a breeze as was the
installation. We couldn't have asked for a
smoother process.

I am writing to
say how pleased I have been in my dealings with
Sheila Walsh, one of your exhibit consultants.
Sheila has done a great job with the sales
process. She has always been very
professional, did not make us feel rushed in
going through your display section, and also,
most importantly, did not rush us to make a
decision. I cannot say how refreshing that
is in a time when everyone seems to be in a
rush. I do want to point out that Sheila
did follow up with us, but did not make a "pest"
of herself that so many people today seem to do.
Due to all of the
aforementioned items, Ellin & Tucker has made a
decision to utilize the services of Adler
Display. We look forward to completing the job
with the assistance of Sheila and other members

Today was the big
day. My partner and I assembled the
display for the first time and it was absolutely
fantastic. Ten minutes of assembly
followed by thirty minutes of staring.
Between the picture, bullets and logo it really
gave the punch I was looking for. You hit
it on the nose the first time around. You
and Holly are a pleasure to work with. I
appreciated the "trade show" advice and I'll let
you know when I'll need the "podium throw" with
logo as well.

I just wanted to
let you know how very happy we are with our new
Carroll County display. I especially want
to commend you for your excellent judgement in
hiring Fran Tucci. Fran managed to capture
Carroll County through the photo images and
color. Her creative ability has resulted
in a display that I feel will attract the
browsing travel show attendee. And, once
we get them to stop at the booth, we can
introduce them to all things to do and see in
Carroll County
I set the booth
up in my office and the mail delivery person
came in and immediately began to ooooh and
aaaaah. She said "boy, this sure makes me
want to visit this place." Isn't it grand
when it works!

I wanted to go on the record with
my official expression of appreciation for the
experience of working with Fran Tucci on the ODS
Medical project!
Fran's
creativity, talent and professionalism are
outstanding. She added so much value in
terms of her knowledge of visuals and design in
the "exhibit" application. She offered so
many great options and ideas and was highly
proactive in her approach to the project.

I would like to express my
sincerest gratitude to your staff for all their
incredible work on our set of booth displays.
They have successfully redesigned and refit four
of our displays, all of which were from
different manufacturers and had different panel
sizes and booth dimensions.
Holly Davenport
has been a wonderful salesperson to work with,
and has ensured that we get all of our booth
displays done on time and correctly. Fran
Tucci has been a saint, making sure that our
seemingly endless number of panel design changes
gets completed with a smile. And Marcy
Trader and Chris Hammond have ensured that the
production of our booth panels runs smoothly and
without fail.
All of these
individuals make a great team, and should be
commended for their dedication and commitment.
I am sure there are some other old booth
displays lurking around our offices, and when I
find them, I'll be sending them to Adler for
some TLC.
