Adler Display Sets Trade Show Innovations Symposium

for September 21st

BALTIMORE, Aug. 31, 2004 – The 2004 Trade Show Innovations Symposium, a special one-day event for event managers and planners, marketing professionals, communications managers and display designers, will be hosted by Adler Display (www.adlerdisplay.com) on Tuesday, September 21st, at 9 a.m.

Offered at no charge, the Symposium will showcase the latest trade show options, including custom, rental displays, tabletop, in-line and island displays, and industry experts offering insights on how to make participating in a tradeshow more successful.  Attendees will learn how to plan, create and market a memorable exhibit, how to utilize graphics and signage to attract people, and how to get the more for their trade show budget and maximize tradeshow ROI.

‘Doing the Best Job Possible at a Show’

“When a company, organization or even a government agency participates in a trade show, it’s a considerable undertaking in terms of time, personnel and money,” said Ron Adler, president of Adler Display. “We’ve designed our Symposium to ensure that those who attend, like our clients throughout the U.S., are doing the best job possible at a show.

“At shows, it’s not just what you say, but how and to whom you say it that determines varying degrees of exposure and success,” he said.  “Attracting qualified buyers and decision-makers is an important first step, and that’s where an attractive, marketing-driven booth, including graphics which deliver a message, means so much.”

Adler will begin the days sessions, speaking on “Display Innovations,” sharing the latest display ideas and systems and new display products such as a full-color fabric panel pop-up display that assembles in less than 1 minute. Other speakers include Harold Mintz of Nomadic Display on “Trade Show Lead Generation and Follow-Up”; Michelle Issing of Designing Events and Marc Waldeck of Brave New Markets on “Planning and Marketing Your Next Exhibit”, and  Chris Hammond of Adler on “Tradeshow Graphics & Signage.”

Registration information is available online at www.adlerdisplay.com/tradeshow-symposium, or by calling 410-281-1200.
