After the initial discovery phase, we’ll develop concepts and preliminary estimates. Our entire process is based on collaboration so your questions, comments and feedback are very important to us. Once a concept is approved, we will develop a detailed production schedule. Our responsive project managers will keep you informed during every step of the production process. Our graphic production team, master craftsmen and interactive experts will build your display or exhibit on our on-site state-of-the-art facility. Consultation

Each display is the product of a fine-tuned process undertaken by a team of dedicated professionals, starting with the project consultant. He or she is immersed in every detail from start to finish, working closely with you to accomplish your specific objectives. At the initial meeting we will discuss your ideas and determine key points including goals, target audience, budget, and timeline, as we pride ourselves on the planning and preparation stages of a project as much as the fabrication and execution. We partner with you to provide feedback regarding feasibility and how to create lasting impressions with your display.

Whether a trade show display, museum exhibit, library installation, or donor recognition display, our goal is to focus on every detail of this in-depth process and formulate an initial proposal that best suits your specific plan. Adler Display does not employ a factory-line, one size fits all method. Each project and client receives a custom, individualized plan for their project. Project Management

At Adler Display, we believe that experience is everything, and this includes our clients’ experience when working with us. We know that providing outstanding customer service is key to our success, and our project managers play a central role in working directly with our clients to help them achieve their goals. Project managers take care of every detail of your display from start to finish so you don’t have to worry.

Project managers carefully oversee projects by coordinating with project consultants, designers, fabrication experts, and vendors. Our team develops detailed job quotes and works closely to present clients with initial project designs and descriptions. Project managers participate in choosing materials for your display and managing the project timeline. Communicating with you during every step of the process helps to ensure your project is completed right, on time, and within budget. Our project managers also oversee trade show planning and booth deliveries to ensure our clients’ success at trade show events. We work hard to create a positive experience for you as we bring your display to life.

Design

At Adler Display, our creative and innovative designs set us apart. The design process begins with a discovery meeting to gather information and build a practical layout and blueprint. Detailed renderings using the latest software in graphic design are created for the revision and approval process. Designers work closely with our production team to determine how displays will be fabricated and installed using the best materials and most cutting-edge fabrication techniques. The designs and displays we create are centered on aesthetics and structured without losing sight of your budget. It is a priority for us to maintain open dialogue with you throughout the design process to ensure the final outcome is a success.

Our designers are experienced in creating exhibits and displays for trade shows, museums, schools, libraries, visitor centers and more. They incorporate digital signage and touchscreens, wall murals, maps, life-size models, and historical artifacts. During the design process, careful consideration is taken regarding the intended interaction between the exhibit and your target audience. For instance, certain materials are chosen for areas that experience high-traffic and feature interactive components. Through research and attention to detail during the design and planning phase, we can accurately design a one-of-a-kind display that uniquely fits your needs.

Fabrication & Production

Adler Display’s fabrication and production capabilities have continued to evolve since opening in 1937. Today’s in-house fabrication methods include graphic production, woodworking, and CNC routing. Our graphic production capabilities include printing of large format graphics overseen by a knowledge staff with decades of printing, laminating, and finishing experience. Our graphics experts use a variety of media to create wall murals, banner stands, mounted graphics, custom-cut substrates, vinyl lettering, maps and more.

In our woodworking shop, expert craftsmen have extensive experience working in wood, laminates, metals and more. They take an extremely detail-oriented approach as they build displays from computer renderings. Adler Display’s workshop also houses a Thermwood CNC Router able to cut materials into any shape, while allowing for higher-accuracy and repeatability. This state-of-the-art technology compliments work completed by hand to create beautiful displays. Our attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality displays is outmatched. Display Set Up & Installation

When your display is designed, printed, built, and ready to go, the final step is display set up and installation. At Adler Display, getting this part right is imperative for success. Display set up and installation often includes problem­solving to overcome challenges such as transporting large displays to their final destination, handling electrical access and completing installation without interrupting your workplace due to noise or debris. Our installers have decades of experience in hanging graphics and installing displays of all types and sizes. Our installation team places great emphasis on professionalism and providing excellent customer service.

At Adler Display our crew is also responsible for setting up, checking in and managing trade show booths for our clients.
