We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Display Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong knowledge of the display industry. Responsibilities & Duties
- Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through professional and effective sales techniques
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts in a timely manner
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay current with market trends and advancements
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and suppliers
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the display industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Cabinet Maker/Finisher: (IMMEDIATE NEED)

We are seeking a cabinet maker to join our growing team for a full-time position to create custom displays. This role involves working closely with project managers and designers to fabricate unique displays for our clients. The cabinet maker will interpret, fabricate, and occasionally install displays for various custom environments.

Skills
- Experience as a cabinet maker and/or exhibit fabricator
- Hands-on experience with shop fabrication and a working knowledge of shop tools
- Ability to prepare surfaces properly for finishing
- Experience with spraying paint and stains, mixing custom stains, using wipe stains, scuff sanding, and topcoating
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Ability to interpret conceptual renderings and shop drawings
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 – 75 lbs
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom displays in collaboration with project managers and designers
- Interpret and construct displays based on client specifications
- Occasionally install displays in various environments
- Ensure quality and precision in all fabrication processes
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet-making or exhibit fabrication
- Familiarity with various materials, including acrylic, metals, and solid surfaces (preferred)
- Experience with CAD detailing and CNC operation (preferred)
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Vocational training in cabinetry or exhibit fabrication is a plus
Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a fabrication shop setting
- Experience in working with shop tools and equipment
