Cornerstone Building Brands Honors Dedicated Employees with Years of Service Display

Cornerstone Building Brands‘ Jasper, TN, facility is home to an incredibly loyal workforce, with many employees dedicating over a decade of service to the company. To recognize their commitment and contributions to the company’s success and growth, Cornerstone sought a meaningful way to honor these individuals.

The challenge was creating a display that acknowledged the employee’s years of service and reminds them daily of their importance to the organization. Adler Display stepped in to provide a solution that effectively showcased the company’s appreciation for its long-standing employees.

The result is a stunning “Years of Service” display featuring 60 acrylic frames, with 4×6 inch photos for each employee. The display is strategically placed in an area where employees will see it daily, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.

To recognize different milestones, employees who have  been with the company for at least 15  years are  honored by levels:

  • Sapphire for 15 years
  • Gold for 20 years
  • Diamond for 25 years
  • Platinum for an impressive 30 years of service

Each portrait features a color bar at the bottom, indicating the employee’s tenure with the company.

The display is framed with a brushed silver aluminum laminate and features a direct print of the Jasper facility and brand mark. The display title, “The Jasper, TN Facility Legacy Wall,” was produced in ½-inch thick black acrylic dimensional letters, while the color logo  Is applied in vinyl at the base.

Employee portraits can easily be updated using acrylic slide-in frames. A printed vinyl graphic legend at the base of the display indicates the Years of Service, allowing for flexibility in adjusting milestones in the future. To accommodate future growth, 15 extra frames are left without photos and have printed color brand marks instead.

Adler Display designed and produced the entire project. Working with their international network of installers, they also installed the display project. The display was unveiled on Employee Appreciation Day, March 1st, 2024, making the occasion even more special for the honored employees.
