Adler Display recently completed a Custom Nature Center for the Eastern Shore Soil & Water Conservation District Mobile Classroom.
The Mobile Classroom, which will help carry out the organization’s mission to provide and develop leadership in nature resource conservation on the Eastern Shore of Virginia through education, promotion of cooperative programs, and fulfillment of a diverse clientele’s needs, features burrows and nests of local animals. The project was completed using a CNC router to cut foam on wood frame walls to create texture. The foam was then painted with textured paint. The trailer was covered with interchangeable graphics and outfitted with custom lighting and audio. A whiteboard on the rear door of the trailer helps with lessons in the classroom.
