Project of the Month: Firaxis Games Employee Location Display

Mar 16, 2025 | Articles, Project of the Month

From Games to Employee Engagement

Adler Display proudly showcases our latest collaboration with long-standing client Firaxis Games. Building on our successful history of projects together, this new installation demonstrates the strength of our partnership and our shared commitment to innovative solutions.

Challenge

Firaxis Games needed a solution to visually connect their global workforce while creating an engaging experience for both employees and visitors. They required a system that would:

  • Display employee locations on a world map
  • Enable searches by name, department, or specialty
  • Showcase employee personalities beyond job titles
  • Allow for regular content updates without technical expertise

Solution

Adler Display implemented an interactive system featuring:

  • Striking 50-foot-wide display with layered graphics showcasing Firaxis’ commitment to fostering employee connection
  • Video wall displaying a global map with employee locations
  • Touch screen interface for intuitive navigation and search
  • Personalized employee profiles with photos, videos, and interests
  • Content management system for regular information updates

The installation serves as both a practical tool and a cultural centerpiece. Employees can locate colleagues worldwide while sharing personal interests that foster connection. Visitors gain immediate insight into the company’s global presence.
