Project of the Month: Glenelg Country School

Aug 14, 2016 | Articles, Project of the Month

Glenelg Country School contacted Adler Display to create a recognition display in the school’s main lobby to recognize alumni and future graduates.

In order to create a polished and completed display with space to add future names, the design contained multiple panels with an image of one of the school’s buildings in the background. New names can be added by replacing one panel at a time, instead of the entire display.

Carefully matching the new display to the lobby’s existing interior, we used natural oak wood with a clear finish and brushed metal trim and letters. The display is accompanied by a recognition plaque to the class whom made the charitable donation to make this display possible.

A note from Glenelg’s Director of Annual Giving: “I simply want to THANK YOU – and the two fellas who installed the unit – for your amazing craftsmanship of this beautiful display.  Our Head of School and board chairman, who is a graduate of the class of 1974, “peeked” behind the draped piece and are thrilled. Y’all have been a pleasure to work with and once again, thank you for your patience with us throughout the process.  We are all very pleased!”
