The Washington Nationals tapped Adler Display to design and create showcases for the 2019 National League Championship and the 2019 World Series Tiffany Trophies.
Unfortunately, the game night celebrations proved too much for the Commissioner’s World Series Trophy. When given to the Washington Nationals after their win, and making its way through the locker room, it took a bit of a beating, even losing some of the 30 pennants that encircle the base. Thankfully, Tiffany & Company, the trophy creators, saw the need for repairs.
“Tiffany & Company has responded by flying a silversmith from Rhode Island to the National’s Office in Washington, D.C. to ensure the trophy is ready for the spotlight,” said Brandon Clay, Tiffany & Company City Center D.C. Store Director.
The priceless trophy was then entrusted to Adler Display to create a permanent home. The World Series Trophy along with the National League Champions Trophy are encased on marble bases and covered with highly secure glass vitrines. The LED illuminated trophy cases include marble bases with highly secure glass vitrines and include built-in alarm systems to keep them safe and secure.
